- Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to 166 during the week of Aug 13, from 150 the week prior
- The median price of condos, townhomes, and villas decreased to $141,000, a change of -8.8%
- The number of condo, townhome, and villa foreclosure transactions decreased to 4 last week, from 6 the week of Aug 6
- The number of condo, townhome, and villa short-sale transactions increased to 3 from 0 the week prior
- Condo inventory decreased by 24 and now sits at 2,240
