- The number of condo, townhome, and villa foreclosure transactions decreased to 6 last week, from 7 the week of May 7
- The number of condo, townhome, and villa short-sale transactions decreased to 2 from 4 the week prior
- Condo inventory decreased by 35 and now sits at 2,308
