Florida leads the nation in job growth, according to figures released Friday from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The state added 29,600 jobs in May, the highest raw total in the U.S.
Florida's unemployment rate also dropped to 4.3 percent in May, the lowest rate since August 2007 and bringing it even with the national rate.
Gov. Rick Scott highlighted the job numbers during a visit to Orlando manufacturer Dusobox Corporation.
Nationally, unemployment rates in four states fell to record lows. The overall figures suggest that steady hiring this year is improving the job market.
