Great News, Orlando!
Orlando is one of the best cities in the country for investing in residential real estate in 2017, according to Forbes. The magazine named Orlando the third-best U.S. market in which to buy a home this year, citing the city's growth in population and jobs as factors in the ranking.
For the rankings, Forbes partnered with Local Market Monitor, a company that tracks more than 300 housing markets. For each market, the company analyzed housing indicators as well as broader growth trends to determine each city's projected three-year growth in housing prices.
